An absolute beauty of a run. After the steep ascent onto the the first Munro we will be welcomed to a magnificent view with Ben Nevis behind us. Up and down we go crossing devils ridge before the last climb and the long descent back to the start/finish. 10miles/16km 5500ft/1700m
We will approach this route from the north side of Ben Nevis. Going up Carn mor Dearg first then we cross the arete slowly climbing the south east side of Ben Nevis. After Ben Nevis summit we will join the tourist track for a short period crossing over the Red burn waterfall. Shortly after we take a right bringing us below the north face, Look up you might spot some climbers. We will pass the CIC hut before descending back to where we started. 12.5miles/20km 5000ft/1500m
We will see some of the best sites the Cairngorms has to offer. Starting from the sugar bowl car park we will cross Chalamain gap and start the steep hike up Braeriach, the 4th highest peak in the UK. From here we will traverse the plateau over Angels peak and up Cairn Toul, the 3rd highest peak in UK. We will nip over to Devils point before the descent to Corrour bothy. Here we pick up the famous Lairig Ghru trail which brings us back to the start point. 22miles/36km 6000ft/1820m
This is a great intro into the world of hill running. We will pass the famous An Lochan Uaine (the green lochan). Further up the trail Ryvoan bothy is reached then we start our hill run. Here we will show you the techniques to climb hills more efficiently. Once we reach the summit there is a really nice single track where we can let loose and have some fun.

This is a 2 day adventure. We will begin your journey at the Linn of Dee and head through the famous Lairig Ghru, finishing the first day with a stay over at Cairngorm lodge YHA. Our second day you go over Lairig and Laoigh down Glen Derry and back to where we begun our journey. There are so many sites to see on this route it truly is beautiful.
